Gallifrey One 2025 Convention Registration

Tickets for Gallifrey One in 35 Millimetre (Gallifrey One 2025) are now available!  

Ticket prices are as follows.  Prices are for full weekend admission only; we do not sell daily admission.  (Child prices are fixed throughout the year.)

► Through June 30: $125 Adult, $75 Teen, $35 Child
► July 1 to September 30: $130 Adult, $80 Teen, $35 Child
► October 1 to December 31: $135 Adult, $85 Teen, $35 Child
► January 1 to the door: $140 Adult, $90 Teen, $35 Child

An additional processing & handling surcharge will be automatically added to each purchase, which includes credit card processing fees; you can review the surcharges before payment by clicking on "Show Summary" below.

If you have previously purchased convention ticket(s) and have returned to this form to pre-order con merchandise, select the Merchandise Only option.  (You must have a convention ticket to pre-order merchandise, as you will not be permitted to enter to pick up your items without a ticket.)

Gallifrey One 2025 Merchandise

You can pre-order Gallifrey One 2025 official convention T-shirts and tote bags by adding them below.  

Shirts and tote bags are available for pick up at Gallifrey One 2025 only; your order must be picked up by the ticketed attendee who is the primary registrant on your order.  We will not ship any T-shirt or tote bags orders outside the convention, nor will we allow non-registered persons to pick up T-shirt or tote bag orders.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.  T-shirt sizes cannot be changed on site or once an order is placed.

The deadline for pre-ordering convention merchandise is January 15, 2025.

Purchase Protection

As a benefit of our current registration service provider, Gallifrey One is happy to offer Purchase Protection as an optional add-on to all United States residents buying tickets to our event. Purchase Protection is not insurance, but instead, an optional service allowing you peace of mind should you be prohibited from attending due to a covered reason.

If you elect to purchase this option and have a situation that prevents your attendance at the convention, you will deal directly with Purchase Protection on your claim, including submitting the appropriate documentation to them. We strongly recommend you review their terms at https://www.purchaseprotection.com/terms/ to understand exactly what is covered, and what you will need to provide when submitting a claim. 

Gallifrey One is not involved in your transaction with Purchase Protection, and cannot intercede in ANY way on your behalf.  We will NOT provide any refund directly from the convention, for any reason.

Purchase Protection does not cover merchandise orders.  If you have returned to this form to pre-order con merchandise only, please select the NO option.

Purchase Protection is available for United States residents ONLY.  You will not be able to complete your transaction if your registration address is outside the US.  Purchase Protection is billed separately; it does not show up in the "current total" amount above the Billing Information below.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing your ticket to GALLIFREY ONE IN 35 MILLIMETRE (Gallifrey One 2025) you consent to abide by all rules and regulations as noted at Convention Policies

Furthermore, you acknowledge your understanding and consent to the following:

RegFox/Webconnex will charge a processing fee for the use of their service and credit card processing. This fee is automatic and is calculated at the time of sale.

Gallifrey One does NOT issue refunds to customers directly for any reason. You may choose to enable Purchase Protection during the purchase of your tickets; if you have an emergency or other covered situation that prevents you from attending, you will need to file a claim with Purchase Protection and deal with them directly. Gallifrey One will not intercede in any way on your behalf.

Gallifrey One does NOT allow ticket resales of ANY kind. Ticket buyers MAY assign or reassign individual tickets to different parties (for example, buying a ticket for friends/family members and filling in the names later) but may NOT resell their own tickets if they cannot attend. Gallifrey One no longer permits any money to change hands between individuals for tickets to our event, and only Gallifrey One ourselves may sell tickets to our event.

Gallifrey One will follow California, Los Angeles County and City of Los Angeles recommendations for public health, as well as our own counsel, on the best way to manage event safety; these MAY include testing or other requirements, including the use of face masks, entirely at our discretion. We will make a determination near the time of the convention as to whether any public health accommodations are required; compliance with our event's posted requirements is the responsibility of every ticket holder/attendee, and your disagreement with these requirements is NOT grounds for any refund.
