► Our ticket & merchandise pricing schedule is as follows.  All ticket prices are for full weekend admission only; we do not sell daily admission.  Child ticket prices are fixed throughout the year.  Ticket prices include all credit card processing fees built in per California state law.

If you have previously purchased convention ticket(s) and have returned to this form to add pre-ordered convention merchandise, select the Merchandise Only option.  (You must have a convention ticket to pre-order merchandise, as you will not be permitted to enter to pick up your items without a ticket.)

You can pre-order Gallifrey One 2026 official convention T-shirts and tote bags by adding them below.  

Shirts and tote bags are available for pick up at Gallifrey One 2026 only; your order must be picked up by the ticketed attendee who is the primary registrant on your order.  We will not ship any T-shirt or tote bags orders outside the convention, nor will we allow non-registered persons to pick up T-shirt or tote bag orders.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.  T-shirt sizes cannot be changed on site or once an order is placed.

The deadline for pre-ordering convention merchandise is December 31, 2025.

As a benefit of our current registration service provider, Gallifrey One is happy to offer Purchase Protection as an optional add-on to all United States residents buying tickets to our event. Purchase Protection is not insurance, but instead, an optional service allowing you peace of mind should you be prohibited from attending due to a covered reason.

If you elect to purchase this option and have a situation that prevents your attendance at the convention, you will deal directly with Purchase Protection on your claim, including submitting the appropriate documentation to them. We strongly recommend you review their terms at https://www.purchaseprotection.com/terms/ to understand exactly what is covered, and what you will need to provide when submitting a claim. 

Gallifrey One is not involved in your transaction with Purchase Protection, and cannot intercede in ANY way on your behalf.  We will NOT provide any refund directly from the convention, for any reason.

Purchase Protection does NOT cover merchandise orders.  If you have returned to this form to pre-order con merchandise only, please select the NO option.

Purchase Protection is available for United States residents ONLY.  You will not be able to complete your transaction if your registration address is outside the US.  Purchase Protection is billed separately; it does not show up in the "current total" amount above the Billing Information below.

VERY IMPORTANT!!  Your credit card statement will show your purchase as either GALLIFREY ONE 2026 or THE INSTITUTE FOR SPECIALIZED INTERESTS, INC., the non-profit organization that sponsors Gallifrey One Conventions.  After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with the subject header "Gallifrey One 2026 Registration Confirmation".
